Native to the UK, the British Blossom is one of the most exquisite delights of an English spring, with a delicate fragrance and clusters of small white flowers where the bees will forage, delivering a sweet and floral aroma and taste.

This great classic is different to runny honey and is commonly known as ‘creamed honey’ the honey is crystallised, that means it’s spun until it’s smooth and spreadable. Our British soft set is pale in colour due to the creaming process, light in flavour and buttery in texture, feeling silky and smooth to the mouth.
