What are your postage charges for UK customers?
A standard postage fee of £3.99 is applied to all UK orders. However, if your order totals more than £50, delivery is free of charge. All items are sent using standard tracked delivery, with an estimated arrival time of 1 to 4 working days.
What are your postage charges for international customers?
Postal charges are determined by the delivery destination and the size of the item(s) selected. The delivery cost is automatically calculated based on the contents of your basket, with the total charge clearly displayed at the checkout prior to final confirmation of your order. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged in their country.
Can I pre-order items in advance and arrange a specific delivery date?
Yes. If you would like your order to arrive on a particular date, please contact us to make arrangements.
What is your returns policy?

Can I place an order by phone?
You’re welcome to contact us by phone to discuss any of our products or get help with your order. However, we’re not able to take payments over the phone at this time. All orders must be placed through our website using our secure online checkout.
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Your invoice will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. We do not include a printed invoice in your parcel.
Can I visit your location?
While our main factory and warehouse are not open to the public, we do have a showroom where a selection of our products are on display. Visitors are welcome to collect items from the showroom if this option is selected at checkout.
Are all your products made in Wales?
The majority of our products are proudly made in Wales. However, a small number are sourced from elsewhere. These items have been carefully selected, and while they may not be made in Wales, each one is truly inspired by Wales or Welsh culture.
